Board of Directors

The Board of Directors is the governing body of our organization. The Board is responsible for identifying and supporting the Foundation’s mission and selecting our president/CEO. Consisting of 19-24 voting members, governing directors of the Board are elected for three years, with a maximum of four terms. Governing directors whose terms have expired may be elected life directors. Life directors serve in an advisory capacity and have no voting privileges.
